t A non refundable deposit of £100 per week(per apartment) is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is payable four weeks prior to arrival.

Short breaks are payable in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

              Cancellations

t Should you have to cancel after the full amount is paid every endeavour will be made to relet the property. Your payment minus £100 deposit can only be refunded if the property is subsequently relet.
