Booking & Deposit

t To book a non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required at the time of booking.The remaining balance is payable four weeks prior to arrival. 

Cancellations
t Should you have to cancel after the full amount is paid every endeavour will be made to relet the property.Your payment minus £100 deposit can only be refunded if the property is subsequently relet. You are strongly advised to arrange holiday cancellation insurance to cover all eventualities.

Arrivals and Departures

t The cottage will be ready for you from 4pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate the cottage by 10am on day of departure.

Cleaning
t Please leave the property clean and tidy on departure.

Damages
t  We consider that all damages are accidental so for the comfort of future guests please report all damages prior to departure. 

Pets and Smoking

t No smoking and no pets.

Vehicles/Personal Property/Cancellation Insurance
t  It is recommended that, in addition to cancellation and curtailment insurance, holiday insurance is purchased to cover loss or damage to any of  your personal items.

t  Vehicles, accessories and contents are left at their owners' risk.
