Booking & Deposit

t To book a non refundable deposit of £100 per week(per apartment) is required at the time of booking.The remaining balance is payable four weeks prior to arrival. Short breaks are payable in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations
t Should you have to cancel, every endeavour will be made to relet the cottage.Your payment will be refunded only if the property is relet. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and relet the cottage should the balance not be received 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

Arrivals and Departures

t The cottage will be ready for you from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate the cottage by 10am on day of departure.

Cleaning
t Please leave the property clean and tidy on departure.

Damages
t  We consider that all damages are accidental so for the comfort of future guests please report all damages prior to departure. 

Pets and Smoking

t Smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises.

Vehicles/Personal Property Insurance
t  It is recommended that, in addition to cancellation and curtailment insurance, holiday insurance is purchased to cover loss or damage to any of  your personal items.

t  Vehicles, accessories and contents are left at their owners' risk.
