To book a non refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. 

Cancellations
Should you have to cancel every effort will be made to re-let the property. Any payment already made can only be refunded (up to the value of the re-book) if the property is subsequently re-let. In the unlikely event of the proprietors cancelling the booking, a full refund of any monies paid will be made.

You are strongly advised to arrange holiday cancellation insurance to cover all eventualities

Letting of the property

Access to the property is from 4pm and the property must be vacated by 10am. The letting of the property is only to those named on the booking. Subletting of the property is not allowed.

Cleaning
Please leave the property clean and tidy on departure.

Damages
We consider that all damages are accidental so for the comfort of future guests please report all damages prior to departure

Liability

We have no liability for any death, personal injury or damage to own property unless this results from our own negligence. It is recommended that, in addition to cancellation and curtailment insurance, holiday insurance is purchased to cover loss or damage to any of your personal items. The hirer of the property does so at his or her own risk.

Vehicles, accessories and contents are left at their owners' risk.

Right of entry

We reserve the right to enter the property at a reasonable hour of the day to inspect and/or carry out repairs and maintenance.

​Electric vehicles.

It is strictly forbidden to use the cottage mains electric supply to charge your EV. Electricity is included in the rental but is subject to a fair usage policy for domestic household use only (not including charging vehicles).
